I love the challenge of trying to get inside my customers head, but how am I suppose to do that< if I knew what my customers where thinking when they would fill out the get estimate form or called the studio I wouldn’t ask them how may I help you.
I agree that we need to think from the perspective of the customers, but I wished there was a way or better tools to better research the trends of the customers, because without real research tools, its only my opinion of what the customers are looking for without any real proof that what I am marketing towards is correct or not…
