Best foot forward videos on your website

by Noel Wiggins

A website is a marketing tool that is on all the time 24/7/365.

And I recently thought of an idea that I can’t wait to try.

I have a “sales pitch” that I do when I get a new prospect. And recently as I concluded my first “vlog” video podcast, I realized that no matter how well and rehearsed my pitch is, it could never compete with how good a well planned, delivered, and edited video presentation is.

Not to mention how much more polished your pitch gets with the numerous amounts of takes you do when creating the video.

Being online simply isn’t enough

by Noel Wiggins

Being online isn’t enough, if you have a pet project or a business you are looking to have marketed online, hopefully you understand that being online alone isn’t enough. The internet at its full stride, we are no longer in the dot com bubble that believed that by haveing a website alone customers will bust down the door.

In the dot com days folks believed that the internet was going to replace all forms of marketing, and I have to say that the recent buzz about social media is sounding very similar.

How to get your business online

by Noel Wiggins

I meet people on twitter who are looking for a professional graphic designer to design their website and logo.
Most people are fishing, with no clue on how much money is needed to get a business concept of the ground.

Some businesses can spend up to $12,000 for a logo and well over $20,000 for their website.
But the reality is a small business could get quality logo designed for as low as $320,
there are cheaper solutions, but you may not be happy with the quality of design or the customer service.

Find your business weakness

I read articles published on american express’s open forum from time to time.

I haven’t set up an account with them but this is proof why blogging for your business is useful. The articles they published are informative to me and I enjoy reading them, I am sure that eventually I will sign up for an account with them, specifically fo the purpose of being able to post comment to some of these inspiring articles.

Are you taking advantage of what BBB has to offer?

by Noel Wiggins

Earlier this year I was presented with the opportunity to become an accredited business for the BBB. Even though I had to pay a membership fee I realized what an honor this was. So I quickly signed up and threw their logo on my site with a link to my profile page.

I got an invite to go to a BBB gathering and decided I needed a change from being chained to my workstation in my studio, and go out and meet some people in person.
