Efficiency, Effectiveness, Effort, and Effect
Some of the takeaways from the article;
“Efficiency” is the element that stops trying to improve on the design.
Through webstats, feedback from clients, and internal debates, you should learn what needs to be tweaked to be efficient.
I love the idea of efficiency ending the creative process. A completed design is really only the beginning, the design should go through rigorous analysis to make sure it performs the way you need.
